Much like yourselves, we’re closely following the impact that the coronavirus (COVID-19) is having on our local communities and the businesses within them.
We understand that many of you will be experiencing new and unexpected challenges during this difficult time and we’re committed to providing you with as much support as possible in this period of uncertainty.

We take the health and well being of our staff seriously and, as such I have today decided to reduce the numbers of staff working on site at our facility. Given the information we have available at present I see this as the most responsible way forward.
This means no change to our customer service operations. If you need technical support or looking to place orders, our expert teams are ready to assist you.But please be patient if the phone rings a little longer or an email is not responded to ask quickly as you have come to expect from us.
Although we expect minimal change to your experience, please do bear with us if response times are longer than usual.
